1 General Terms & Conditions

Kirikya is an international online betting and gaming platform operating under a valid license. By using this platform, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years of age.
• Online betting is legally permitted in the country from which you are accessing the platform.
• You are using this platform of your own free will and solely for entertainment purposes.
• All information you provide must be truthful, accurate, and complete.

Kirikya reserves the right to refuse service to any user without providing a reason. All content, logos, trademarks, and intellectual property displayed on the platform are owned by Kirikya and may not be used without prior authorization.

2 Account Registration & Eligibility

The following conditions must be met to successfully register on Kirikya:

• Valid personal information must be provided, including a National ID (NID) or passport.
• A valid mobile number and email address must be provided.
• Each individual may only register one account — multiple accounts per person are strictly prohibited.
• KYC verification must be completed within 30 days of registration, or withdrawal access may be suspended.

Kirikya reserves the right to suspend or close an account if any discrepancies or evidence of fraud are found in the registration details.

3 Deposit & Withdrawal Rules

Kirikya supports all major mobile banking services in Bangladesh, including bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. The following rules apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳200.
• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500 BDT.
• Deposits and withdrawals must be made using the same payment method.
• Receiving or sending payments in the name of a third party is strictly prohibited.
• Withdrawal processing typically takes between 24 and 72 hours.
• Withdrawals will be restricted until KYC verification is completed.

4 Bonus & Promotions Policy

Kirikya offers a variety of bonuses and promotional offers. Each bonus comes with specific terms, and failure to comply may result in cancellation. General bonus policy is outlined below:

• The welcome bonus is only available to first-time registered users.
• Every bonus comes with a wagering requirement (turnover condition) that must be met before any bonus funds can be withdrawn.

5 Betting Terms & Conditions

The following rules apply to all users when placing bets on Kirikya:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled (unless Kirikya offers a cashout option).
• Live betting odds may change after a match has started.
• If a match is cancelled or abandoned, all bets on that match will be voided and stakes refunded.
• If match-fixing is suspected, Kirikya may investigate or void all bets placed on that match.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, Kirikya reserves the right to void the affected bets.
• Maximum payout limits apply and may vary depending on the sport.

6 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Kirikya platform and will result in permanent account closure if detected:

• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Exploiting or abusing the bonus system in any way.
• Participating in match fixing or any form of fraudulent activity.
• Placing bets using automated bots or software.
• Using the platform for money laundering or processing illegal funds.
• Attempting to hack Kirikya's systems or breach its security.
• Threatening, harassing, or disrespecting other users.

7 KYC Verification Process

Kirikya follows internationally recognized KYC (Know Your Customer) standards. The following documents are required to process withdrawals and access full account features:

• Identity Verification: A clear copy of your National ID (NID) or valid passport.
• Address Verification: A utility bill or bank statement (issued within the last 3 months).
• Payment Verification: Proof of ownership of the payment method used.

Verification is typically completed within 24 to 48 hours of document submission. Withdrawals may be temporarily delayed during the verification process. Kirikya may request additional documents if needed.

8 Account Closure & Suspension

Kirikya may close or suspend an account under the following circumstances:

• At the user's own request (self-exclusion or permanent closure).
